AUDIT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (ADP) RELOADED

The ADP team has completed phase one of the ADP Reloaded project which resulted in the streamlining of the POE format. One of the notable changes introduced is a newly designed template which focuses on the IRBA's competency framework and streamlined to be less repetitive and administrative. The POE was in excel format and it has now been enhanced into editable PDF format with dropdown options to save time and enhance user experience. Please note that the website only has the latest POE format in editable PDF version. However, if an RCA has commenced using the POE in excel format, it is still acceptable and will be assessed in that format.
